Job Summary

Provides administrative and front-line employee support for Cleveland State University (CSU) employee benefits. Collaborates with carrier partners to uphold financial and data integrity standards. Maintains a high level of confidentiality, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to delivering responsible support to others. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent.

* Experience in benefits administration.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Human Capital Management (HCM) software systems.
