Substitute Secretaries

Renhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Secretaries for Cleveland Heights-University Heights City Schools for the  school year. This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year.

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Two professional references
• BCI & FBI background checks
  • Dated within the past 12 months
  • On file with the Ohio Department of Education
  • Can be conducted by Renhill Group for one of the area's lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them. Call to make an appointment.

Necessary skills/duties:

• Monitor record keeping procedures
• Prepare computer documents
• Maintain systematic filing system
• Greet/assist visitors
• Prepare letters, memos, notes, and emails
• Prepare photocopies
• Process incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail
• Help resolve staff/parent/student issues
• Relevant work experience in field
• Demonstrable evidence of literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficiency in spelling, proofreading, and correct use of grammar
