Job Summary
- Handles payment processing, holding account entries, and third-party transactions. Prepares student account summaries to support employer reimbursements and ensures timely, accurate responses to Bursar tracking cases. Collaborates with senior Bursar staff to set and achieve goals while maintaining professional interactions with all internal and external stakeholders. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in business, accounting, finance, education administration, or related field. Two (2) years of customer service experience. Related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement. One (1) year of related work experience can be substituted for one (1) year of education. For example, a candidate with a high school diploma, GED or state recognized equivalent and four (6) years of experience can be eligible to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a higher education Bursars or Financial Aid setting. Experience with cash management, internal controls and auditing. Experience working with ERP software.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) - Excellent interpersonal skills, "Customer Focus" attitude, and ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community while maintaining confidentiality. Ability to incorporate principles of professionalism and teamwork at all organizational levels within CSU. Detail oriented and capable of managing large amounts of data, maintain detailed comprehensive records, analyze and organize information, have effective project, time management and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to exercise good judgment involving fiscal operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (advanced knowledge), Outlook and Power Point

Hours per week - 40

Work Schedule
- Typically Monday
- Friday. Generally 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.
