Position SummaryAs a Project Administrator at DLR Group, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our projects during the construction phase. You will ensure the smooth execution of standard documentation workflows, organization, and communication tasks essential for the effective functioning of our project teams.
What You Will Do- Confirm and manage construction phase contractual responsibilities
- Coordinate with the construction phase team, including workflows, meetings, and communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with key team members and serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and workflows
- Establish and maintain tracking and logging for construction documentation workflows
- Manage pay applications, ensuring compliance with DLR Group’s risk management standards and processing approvals
- Handle submittals, RFIs, and cost documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Assist with field reports, punch lists, and closeout procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of A/E construction phase processes and contractual responsibilities
- Proficiency in task organization, completion tracking, and prioritization
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Vantagepoint, Newforma, Procore, and AIA Contract Document software

CompensationHourly Rate: $31.25 – $36.06 USD.
Work EnvironmentDLR Group follows a four‑day in‑office work model, with employees having the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
