As a Production Specialist
, you will support the daily operations of the Marketing Creative team by helping ensure projects are set up accurately, organized effectively, and progress smoothly through established workflows. By managing administrative and coordination tasks, you will enable the team to operate efficiently and deliver high-quality work on time.
You will partner closely with the Creative Production Manager and cross-functional teams to support consistency in processes, maintain visibility across active work, and provide continuity when additional coverage is needed.
What is this role about?This role focuses on supporting production workflows through project coordination, communication, and file management. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are properly initiated, documented, and advanced through each stage of the workflow in a timely and accurate manner.
What you will be doing:- Support project setup by creating and maintaining records across internal tracking systems
- Update project statuses and ensure work is accurately reflected across tools and platforms
- Move projects through defined workflow stages based on established processes
- Ensure required information, assets, and documentation are complete and properly organized
- Create and manage project spaces within collaboration tools, including organizing files and communications
- Maintain structured file systems and naming conventions across shared environments
- Download, organize, and upload files across platforms (e.g., shared drives, collaboration tools)
- Monitor project activity and help maintain steady workflow progression
- Follow established processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in workflow efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a project management, coordination, or operations support role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and general file management practices
- Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting project-based or workflow-driven teams
- Familiarity with project tracking or collaboration tools
- Understanding of file organization, naming conventions, and version control
- Interest in marketing, creative operations, or production environments
