Account Representative & Executive Assistant
Full-time On-site. Reports to VP / Senior Executive.
We’re looking for a highly organized, client‑focused professional to fill a dual‑function role supporting our executive team while managing a portfolio of key client accounts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, excels at building relationships, and brings sharp organizational instincts to everything they do.
What You’ll Do Account Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and work with the sales team to capitalize on them.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and escalate issues as needed.
- Prepare and deliver regular account reviews, status reports, and performance updates.
- Track account metrics and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for one or more senior executives.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and internal communications on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and prioritize executive tasks, helping manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- Assist with special projects, research, and ad hoc requests as they arise.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
- Strong time‑management and multitasking ability.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in a hybrid client‑facing and administrative role.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or
- Comfort working directly with C‑suite or VP‑level executives.
- Experience preparing executive briefing materials or board presentations.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
