Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Services & Document Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Parma, OH. This full-time administrative and clerical role supports a professional printing and publishing environment where accuracy, organization, and responsive service are essential. You will work in a structured, team‑oriented environment with supportive leadership, clear processes, and opportunities to build long‑term skills in office services, document production, and records support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, format, process, digitize, and organize sensitive corporate documents with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Complete high‑volume digital printing, binding, finishing, fulfillment, and document production requests according to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical logs for office supplies, document inventories, mail, courier shipments, and related records.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for office scanners, high‑speed multifunction printers, and digital print network queues.
  • Respond professionally to internal department inquiries regarding document status, print formats, records retrieval, and office service requests.
  • Assist with mailroom, filing, archiving, and general administrative support tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay: $16 to $18 per hour.
  • Job Type: Temp‑to‑Hire.
  • Schedule:

    Full‑Time / Shift‑Based.
  • Location:

    Parma, OH.
  • Benefits: major medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and statutory sick pay as required for assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer.
