SummaryCoordinates functions or projects for the assigned department using advanced administrative skills. Implements administrative procedures, systems, and policy and monitors administrative projects/functions using a high degree of latitude and independent judgment in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines. Maintains records and databases, may create reports and troubleshoot computerized systems; serves as departmental liaison; and may monitor department budget. Maintains office environment and performs limited degree of clerical/secretarial duties.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate’s degree in business administration, secretarial science, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Three years of increasingly responsible office administration experience to include coordination of administrative projects/functions.
- Skill in interpersonal communication to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
- Advanced organizational and clerical/secretarial skills.
- Skill in written communication.
- Skill in basic mathematics.
- Skill in basic accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of organizational structure and understanding of various departmental functions in a business environment.
- Report writing skills; ability to understand and troubleshoot computerized systems.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and resolve moderately complex problems independently.
- Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
Sedentary:
Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.

Salary$23.75/hr - $28.49/hr The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range.
