A growing, nationally recognized professional services firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership while helping keep a fast-paced, collaborative organization running efficiently. This role is ideal for a polished professional who is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in an environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days are the same.
Prior experience supporting C‑suite executives or senior leadership in a professional services environment is preferred.
The Job:- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive-level documents
- Organize leadership meetings, board meetings, and company events
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure initiatives stay on schedule
- Support special projects, research initiatives, and cross-functional administrative needs
- Take detailed meeting notes and distribute agendas and action items
- Assist with office coordination and executive support as needed
