Position: PCC Hub Manager (Cleveland)

9410 Hough is a residential apartment building that also serves as a site for community-focused and PCC-supported activities. The PCC HUB Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring daily building operations run smoothly while supporting coordination with the PCC (Project Community Capital) Team for approved on-site events and programming.

Role Summary

The Apartment Office Manager at 9410 Hough serves as the primary on-site representative for the property. This role manages hub operations, supports daily building administration, opens and closes the building, and coordinates closely with the PCC Team to assist with the planning and execution of approved on-site events, while maintaining a professional and positive resident experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Staff the hub during assigned hours at 9410 Hough, coordinate PCC Team hours to ensure coverage
  • Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and event attendees in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer general questions regarding the building, amenities, policies, and approved activities
  • Serve as an on-site point of contact during PCC-supported events
  • Direct inquiries or concerns to the appropriate PCC or property management personnel
Building Management & Oversight
  • Monitor daily building activity to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of common areas
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or policy violations to property management
  • Assist with posting and distributing building notices, including event-related communications
  • Coordinate access and logistics for approved on-site events in collaboration with the PCC Team
  • Observe and report any operational issues impacting residents or events
PCC Team Coordination & On-Site Events
  • Coordinate with the PCC Team regarding schedules, space usage, and logistical needs for on-site events
  • Support event setup and breakdown as needed (e.g., room access, signage, basic coordination)
  • Ensure residents are informed of approved events and any temporary building impacts
  • Serve as the on-site liaison between residents, PCC staff, and vendors during events
  • Escalate issues or concerns related to events promptly to the PCC Team and property management
Administrative & Office Duties
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries related to 9410 Hough
  • Maintain logs for resident communications, maintenance requests, and event-related activity
  • Track and document event dates, times, and space usage as directed
  • Manage front desk supplies and materials
Professional Standards & Compliance
  • Enforce building policies consistently during regular operations and events
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and organizational information
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, building policies, and PCC guidelines
  • Represent 9410 Hough and PCC professionally at all times
Compensation

This is a contract role that may turn into employment.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
