We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant who enjoys helping others and keeping daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being proactive, pays close attention to detail, and can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key part of our team, providing day-to-day administrative support, coordinating office activities, and ensuring that staff, clients, and visitors have a welcoming and efficient experience. Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and solve problems will contribute to the success of the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and team members.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Welcome visitors and assist with general office inquiries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when needed.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining confidential information.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or business education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
