We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team, sales department, and training initiatives. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with hands‑on support for a fast‑paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for leadership and department managers.
- Coordinate internal communications and distribute company announcements.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and employee documentation.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative processes for new hires.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital files and company documentation.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - 2+ years of administrative, office support, or sales support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.
