Compensation Data
Hourly rate: $18.50 to $20.50.

Job Responsibilities- Answering phones
- Responsible for filing documentation
- Communicating with clients and customers
- Operating office equipment like fax machines and copiers
- Consulting with higher level authority for resolution of difficult issues, submitting and processing invoices
- Setting up meetings, including preparation and taking of meeting minutes
- Responsible for data entry and analytical work
- Providing clerical support
- Seeking to improve efficiency of daily operations
- Processing invoices and completing payroll
- Maintaining timely, accurate, and detailed documentation required by management
- Possessing professional etiquette
- Delivering outstanding customer service and interacting effectively with customers, employees, and the broader community
- Previous customer service experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Validated understanding of computers, Microsoft Office, printers, fax machines, telephones, and photocopiers
- Shows initiative and follows established procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Demonstrates self‑development and integrity
- Ability to read and understand information presented in writing
- Uses logic and reasoning to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems
- Strong digital literacy skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills
