Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Position Summary
Administrative Assistant serves as the focal point for all administrative, event, and clerical functions associated with the Site Operations for SG’s contract within the site.
Job Functions- Provide day‑to‑day support to the Director, General Manager, and office staff.
- Prepare weekly and monthly commission reporting invoices for the lottery as directed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions.
- Review, code, maintain, and process all invoices for payment.
- Generate and complete all purchase orders for the site.
- Coordinate all meetings as directed.
- Process vendors through the SGI Compliance process.
- Track and process invoices and purchase orders.
- Make travel arrangements and manage expense reports as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- One or more years of customer service experience.
- One or more years of administrative experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Oracle applications is a plus.
- Communicate professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
- Communicate effectively with Lottery personnel and vendors.
- Strong time‑management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and written skills.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong analytical skills.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.

Physical RequirementsThe employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, operate a computer, and has specific vision abilities to include close and distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus when working with computer and business equipment.
