Job Summary
A full-time Temp-to-Hire opportunity is available for a Print & Services Specialist in Cleveland, OH. This role supports a professional legal office environment with high-volume printing, copying, scanning, mail handling, reception support, and general office services.
The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional setting. This is a great opportunity for someone with print center, office services, mailroom, or administrative support experience who enjoys hands-on work, clear daily responsibilities, and being part of a supportive team.
This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a professional workplace, parking support, and the potential to convert to a direct hire role for strong performers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate high-volume copy, print, and scanning equipment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support office services functions, including inventory management, supply restocking, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Clear paper jams, perform basic equipment maintenance, and upscale service issues when needed.
- Assist with reception coverage, hospitality setups, conference room support, and general administrative tasks.
- Deliver professional customer service to attorneys, staff, visitors, and internal teams.
- Pay: $19.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. - Location:
Cleveland, OH. - Parking: $160 per month parking stipend provided.
