to work at a leading organization in Cleveland, OH (fully onsite). This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.

Pay Rate: $25-$27/hour Shift:Full time | Monday-Friday

Type: 3-Month Temporary Assignment

What’s a typical day as Grant Administrator? You’ll be:
  • Supporting the preparation and submission of grant proposals by coordinating requirements, gathering documentation, and working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with management of sponsored research accounts, including budget monitoring, reviewing expenditures, and ensuring appropriate fund usage
  • Preparing financial reports, reconciling account activity, and assisting with grant closeout processes
  • Reviewing expenses and documentation to ensure compliance with university policies and sponsor requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting needs
  • Partnering with faculty, researchers, finance teams, and administrative staff throughout the grant lifecycle
  • Tracking deadlines, reporting requirements, budget updates, and supporting other grant-related activities
  • Assisting with process improvements, updating documentation, and supporting training materials as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Bring experience in grants administration, research administration, higher education, nonprofit, accounting, finance, or related fields
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review and interpret financial information
  • Have experience managing budgets, tracking expenses, reconciling information, or supporting compliance processes
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, with strong collaboration skills
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with People Soft, Oracle, or other financial systems is a plus
