Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Margaret W. Wong & Associates is a busy immigration law firm. We are recruiting a bilingual administrative assistant/receptionist. Full time. Must be a native Spanish speaker. Must be able to discuss legal terms and strategies related to immigration with Spanish speaking clients.

Bachelors degree in any field preferred.

You will be responsible for a wide variety of admin and receptionist support activities. You will work in our Cleveland, Ohio office. This position is 100% in office. There is no remote. Travel to other offices is a possibility.

Duties:

• Answer incoming phone calls and route to proper employee
• Use document management system to lookup clients
• Conduct intake of new clients
• Work in front of computer
• Help copy/scan documents
• Translate phone calls for Spanish speaking clients
• Organizing and scheduling appointments
• Multi tasking
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
