About YouYou are a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Highly organized and service-focused, you bring order to complexity, anticipate needs, and ensure priorities move forward efficiently. Working closely with the Senior Vice President, Philanthropy, you help translate priorities into action and ensure key initiatives, relationships, and commitments move forward effectively. You provide exceptional support to the broader Philanthropic Services team while coordinating executive activities, crafting donor communications, maintaining critical information systems, and supporting meaningful events and engagement opportunities.
You enjoy building relationships and creating positive experiences for donors, fund holders, and community partners. You understand the importance of responsiveness, professionalism, and discretion when serving individuals who are investing in Greater Cleveland's future. You excel in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and no two days are the same, balancing attention to detail with a strong customer-service mindset.

Job SummaryThe Senior Coordinator, Philanthropy provides high-level administrative, operational, and donor-facing support to the Senior Vice President, Philanthropy and the Philanthropic Services team. This role coordinates executive priorities, manages sensitive information with discretion, supports CRM data integrity, and helps ensure seamless donor, meeting, and event experiences aligned with the Foundation’s mission. This person also contributes to cross-departmental collaboration and donor engagement through responsive service and event coordination.
The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Philanthropy.
- Enable the effectiveness of the Senior Vice President, Philanthropy by proactively coordinating priorities, workflows, internal and external meetings, travel, and administrative operations.
