• Executes complex transactions/processes, utilizing standard procedures and may have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products.
• Processes and/or reconciles complex transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies, identifies and addresses exceptions, and serves as a point of escalation for complex transactions. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items. May interact with external customers.
• Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions, confirming equipment operational if required.
• Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers, reviews existing processes, recommends improvements, and assists with implementation. Participates in process improvement projects and may assist in training and onboarding new hires.
• Reviews transactions and related documents, verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies. May review reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, ensure compliance, and participate in risk mitigation activities.

• Managing Risk – Assess and effectively manage all the risks associated with business objectives in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Base Salary: $31,000.00 – $52,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.

Posting expected for two business days from 12/05/2025, with possible extension at discretion.
