EY invites an experienced analyst to shape demographic and talent insights for global clients. The role blends client consulting, research, and strategic advisory in a collaborative, data‑driven environment.

You will lead thematic initiatives, deliver high‑impact analysis on demographic talent trends, and activate insights with clients. EY leadership counts on your subject‑matter expertise to influence strategy and drive value.

• Build a strong internal brand and be recognized as a leader in the domain at the business unit and executive level.
• Engage senior domain stakeholders to provide commercial perspectives on domain challenges, preparing insightful analysis of trend impacts for EY and clients.
• Represent EY in client meetings and selected events to enhance market presence.
• Collaborate with Insights, Clients and Industries teams to support business development and service delivery.
• Support the development of the Insights strategy for the domain, based on business priorities and domain dynamics.
• Lead the creation of specific insights by leveraging EY proprietary knowledge and collaborating with Clients and Industries colleagues.
• Identify cross‑domain collaboration opportunities and share insights with other Insights and Clients and Industries teams.
• Synthesize diverse perspectives and sources to develop compelling insights that drive results.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to provide analytic insights.
• Coach less‑experienced team members to improve their research, analysis, data analytics and visualization skills.

• Strong presentation skills, with experience influencing senior clients and internal decision‑makers.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
• Proactive self‑starter, bringing new ideas for insights to leadership.
• Collaborative, working effectively in a global, multi‑cultural environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to proactively build a network of internal and external contacts to shape insights.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package rewarded for performance and recognized for value. Base salary ranges from $138,200 to $266,000 in the US.
