Our downtown Cleveland law firm is seeking a Payroll & Retirement Plans Analyst to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations and benefits administration. This hybrid role requires precision, discretion, and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Manage onboarding payroll setup and termination pay processing
• Review timecards and ensure accurate payroll, taxes, benefits, and deductions
• Handle leave tracking, benefit payments, and vendor invoice reconciliation
• Support audits, partner payment tracking, and pension contribution updates
• Analyze payroll data, GL entries, and employee demographic trends
• Respond to employee inquiries and guide payroll-related matters
• Ensure multi-state compliance and identify opportunities to streamline processes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of payroll experience; ADP Workforce Now a plus
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-focused
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities
