Product Manager

Liaising with and Driving Collaboration with Key Strategic Partners

• Provide training on equipment, products, and software, and promote the sales of Mol Breeding products.
• For Mol Breeding products, provide technical support to end customers in coordination with Key Strategic Partner.
• Gain a thorough understanding of R&D requirements of local US customers, accurately communicate those requirements to Mol Breeding’s headquarter team, follow up on project progress, and provide timely updates to customer based in the U.S.

• Conduct in-depth research on overseas market needs and competitor products; lead product planning for international markets and be responsible for product development proposals and competitive analysis.
• Conduct user research on reagents and equipment products; summarise findings and provide feedback on product iteration and optimisation directions.
• Oversee compatibility management and version control of overseas reagents, equipment and related products.
• Support the R&D team in completing product packaging design, drafting user manuals, and facilitating product regulatory approval and market access.
• Develop marketing materials for overseas products, prepare presentation decks (PPTs), and deliver training to business teams.

• Deliver product presentations to our distributors and support them in successful product implementation.
• Provide technical support to customers when necessary.
• Undertake other related supporting tasks as required.

• MS Degree or higher in Biological or Life Sciences preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of product manager experience, with a customer-facing role.
• Experience in the molecular breeding industry is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation with high proactivity.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Leadership skills with a collaborative team spirit.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
