The Warehouse Janitor plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment across all warehouse and production areas. This position ensures compliance with company safety and sanitation standards, supporting operational efficiency and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast‑paced industrial setting.

• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, production, and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers.
• Empty and sanitize trash bins, recycling containers, and designated waste areas per company and environmental guidelines.
• Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and locker areas daily.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals and supplies are stored safely and inventory is adequately maintained.
• Support waste segregation and recycling efforts in accordance with sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with spill cleanup, ensuring timely response to prevent safety hazards.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns (e.g., leaks, damaged flooring, malfunctioning equipment) to supervision promptly.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety standards, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements where applicable.
• Collaborate with warehouse and facilities teams to maintain cleanliness around docks, racking systems, and storage zones.
• Participate in facility audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior janitorial, custodial, or warehouse experience required; industrial environment experience preferred.
