CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

The position will deliver compelling presentations to impact the actions, thoughts and beliefs of the audience, positioning Sherwin-Williams as a trusted partner.

This position is responsible for effectively reaching mutually satisfactory solutions, both internal and external, through negotiations that strengthen relationships and advance goal attainment efforts.

This is done by assembling resources, executing strategic agreements through our field organization and communicating account priorities to each of the divisions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have the ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Formal Education

High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED).

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

Knowledge & Experience

3+ years developing the multifamily property management market
Demonstrated ability to create high level client relationships

Preferred

Demonstrated leadership skills as a large volume Sales Rep.
Effective leadership skills & demonstrated ability to direct selling teams.
Ability to establish credibility through consistent communication, execution and performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated significant successful Sales & Marketing experience

Technical/Skill Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of other virtual engagement platforms, such as Zoom

Preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Share Point
Working knowledge of accounting systems
