We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Cleveland, OH team. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, HR expertise, and employee‑relations skills to support both employees and leaders. This role

* Required Skills and Qualifications:

*** 3+ years’ broad, hands-on human resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
* 3+ years' recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree is required.
* Fluency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients and work effectively with different cultures.
* Manage multiple priorities and dynamic deadlines, flexible and positive in a fast-paced business environment, efficient time management and communication.
* Continuous improvement mentality.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, proven influencing experience with managers.
* Ability to analyze data, form plans and execute at the tactical level.
* Detail oriented, able to establish priorities and manage deadlines.

* Expected salary: $55,000 - $75,000 annually. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.#LI-LR1#LI-Onsite Performs other duties as assigned.
