We’re seeking a Compliance Administrator to enable the growth and development of our Team’s skills and knowledge. Your objective as Compliance Administrator will be to assist and administer all compliance requirements of Bywater (Roundstone’s Third Party Administrator) including ensuring Bywater executes its compliance program with its customers. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively complete complex and numerous legal and compliance tasks.

You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess critical thinking abilities.

• Review Plan Documents and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) for Bywater customers.
• Draft Plan Document amendments for Bywater customers
• Assist with Drug Cost reporting filing.
• Assist with compliance marketing materials.
• Assist in Mental Health Parity Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA) compliance.
• Assist in educating internal employees on health care compliance.
• Draft Single Case Agreements.
• Assist in Bywater state licensing.
• Assist in Bywater claims (NSA and Subrogation)
• Assist with other compliance requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills; handle multiple work streams with varying deadlines
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong analytical skills and judgment, solid character and personal integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong collaborator
• Extensive knowledge of health insurance, health claims, employee benefits and applicable laws.
• Ability to review large amounts of data
• Ability to perform research on compliance issues.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
