The Senior Supply Chain Analyst performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution. Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers. Responsibilities are within the Supply Chain and Logistics Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines. Responsibilities typically include:
Receive minimal instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new projects or assignments. May act as a resource to provide informal guidance for employees with less experience. Assignments can be broad in nature. Normally has broader responsibility / independent accountability.
- Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations and meet organizational demand without overstocking or stockouts.
- Responsible for running and managing the recoverable asset report
- Responsible for managing and tracking disposals/recycling of material with the support of others.
- Use a variety of tools to monitor and track inventory levels (Inventory at risk tool, Recoverable Assets, BI reports, Oracle, etc.)
- Responsible for all SSPL and At-Risk reporting and analysis, including root cause information tracking and accuracy. Will be the local subject matter expert for SSPL and At-Risk Inventory.
- Ensure optimal inventory processes are being followed through KPI tracking. Follow-up with other team members as necessary to ensure inventory is in the right place, right time, right status.
- Identify inefficiencies through root cause investigation and tracking, proposing changes as necessary to standard procedures for continuous improvements.
- Follow defined process for creating and maintaining item data in Oracle platform.
- Will be the local subject matter expert for item creation and maintenance.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Supply Chain Educational Background or experience in production environment
- Proficiency in inventory management software and oracle
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt Minimum)
- APICS CPIM
