Senior Consulting Analyst

Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices in Chicago, IL;
Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.

Office Options:
Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45‑minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office are expected to work in person 8 days per month, allowing flexibility for client meetings, team syncs, and personal schedules.

Travel Expectations: 20%

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers with Source to Pay consulting experience to help financial shared services and procurement executives at multi‑billion‑dollar companies solve complex problems.
• Assist in Coupa system implementations across the full project lifecycle, including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communication.
• Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs using a solution design document and leading system design principles.
• Act as the S2P subject matter expert and provide meaningful insights to clients regarding assessment, finance transformation, vendor selection and implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business‑related field of study.
• 3‑6+ years of S2P or P2P full‑life‑cycle technology implementation experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jagger, GEP or similar.
• Technical knowledge across full S2P functionality: catalogs, purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice receipt/handling, OCR, invoice processing, payments, etc.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer‑sponsored visa support.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

The compensation range for this position is $84,000–$110,000. Final salary placement will be based on several factors, including level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography, and alignment with industry standards.
