You will be the "engine" of Diamond Signs & Graphics, leading our most important client projects from initial concept to final installation. You'll work directly with our team, receiving the mentorship and industry knowledge needed to become a top-tier project leader in the branding and signage space. This position ensures that daily office operations run smoothly and that project deliverables remain on schedule.

• Architect the client journey:
  Manage all project efforts, ensuring clients are informed and delighted at every milestone.
• Drive execution:
  Coordinate with our production and purchasing teams to source components and keep schedules on track.
• Navigate complexity:
  Manage municipal permitting and technical requirements to ensure every project is compliant and perfect.
• Client relationship management:
  Ensure all company contacts and client interactions are accurately recorded and updated within our customer relationship management system.
• Proposal generation:
  Prepare and send detailed project proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in scope and pricing.
• Fuel growth:
  Identify opportunities to expand our impact within existing client accounts.

• Ownership:

• Details: 2+ years of project or account management experience.

• Associate's degree or higher
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Ability to read and understand project specifications and technical drawings a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with municipal permitting processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.

Compensation: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour Brand building is one of the most important means for an organization to create growth.
