You will drive powerful insights for brands such as Verizon, American Cancer Society, and Behr Paint while gaining experience in analytics, AI, and business operations.

• Keep business operations running smoothly and record the impact of your work.
• Build relationships across the organization and contribute to a positive, fun work environment.
• Gain exposure to executive leadership, financial analysis, and resource management.
• Track milestones for business initiatives and roadmaps.
• Maintain source‑of‑truth documentation of company best practices and internal processes.
• Visualize and document workflows to identify process improvements.
• Update and audit resource‑management tools to keep consultant skill sets current.
• Prepare initial drafts of weekly availability reports.
• Monitor weekly time‑card submissions to ensure 100% compliance and follow up with consultants.
• Assist in monthly financial close, including time‑approval reconciliations and data validation.
• Perform regular health checks on internal data to ensure accurate contractor analysis and financial reporting.

Required:

• Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Economics, or a related field (Fall 2025 – Spring 2026 graduation).
• Basic proficiency or coursework in SQL, business analytics, organizational communication, Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and Looker Studio.
• AI fluency:
  Understanding of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Git Hub Copilot) and ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery.

Preferred:

• Relevant internships or project experience.

Hybrid position:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday required in‑office Cleveland, OH. No sponsorship offered.
