Customer Success Manager – Sales & Marketing (NY)

This role is a base salary of $60,000+ commissions. Benefits include Profit Sharing, Medical, dental, and prescription plans, Health and Dependent FSA, LTD, AD&D and Term Life Insurance, 401k, and PTO time. Locations: NY - Watertown, Plattsburgh, Syracuse & Albany
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to develop and implement promotional strategies within budget constraints
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
- Adaptability to changing priorities and environment
- Proactive problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement
- Basic understanding of marketing, CRM operations, and gaming industry KPIs (a plus)
Skills:
- Knowledge of gaming industry trends and KPIs
- Experience with promotional campaign management and marketing strategy development
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to promotions and marketing activities
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales or client success environment
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer success, sales support, or marketing roles, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry
- Ability to work effectively within budget and regulatory constraints
- Willingness to support onboarding and deployment of new initiatives
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning
