Our North Canton operation plays a critical role in supporting our customers through precision manufacturing, exceptional quality, and responsive service.
- Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve best-in-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and operational discipline throughout the organization.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency through standardized processes, performance metrics, and employee engagement.
- Ensure effective utilization of equipment, labor, materials, and capital investments while driving overall plant performance.
- Own the financial performance of the North Canton operation, including full P&L responsibility.
- Develop annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators while identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate capital expenditures and manufacturing investments that support long-term business objectives.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, safety, innovation, and customer focus.
- Develop future leaders through coaching, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive, performance-driven work environment where employees are empowered to solve problems and continuously improve.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while ensuring outstanding quality, delivery, and service.
- Partner with commercial leadership to support new business opportunities, customer growth, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to successfully launch new products and improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Represent the facility with customers, suppliers, and key business partners while reinforcing the company's reputation for quality and reliability.
- Executive or senior manufacturing leadership experience within a precision machining, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products environment.
- Demonstrated success leading manufacturing operations with responsibility for safety, quality, production, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain.
- Full P&L ownership experience, including budgeting, financial planning, cost management, capital investments, and overall business performance.
- Strong background in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, or metalworking operations.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze business performance and make strategic operational decisions.
- Experience building strong customer relationships while partnering across sales, engineering, and operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at every level of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
