Full Time Salary Range: $28.00 - $28.00 Hourly Administrative Resource Options is looking for an Account Manager

• Performs all functions and duties of an Office Services Associate, as applicable
• Addresses and facilitates the resolution of employee questions and problems
• Initiates and leads special ARO projects and teams in conjunction with management
• Trains, develops, and motivates all staff at the site
• Supervises all staff at the site
• Enforces the company's quality standards
• Processes administrative paperwork, data collection, and information gathering
• Completes projects assigned by management and/or client
• Maintains a clean and organized account
• Supervises 1–5 staff

Minimum of two years of previous management experience required. Previous industry experience is helpful but not required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Required qualities: customer-service oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, punctual, organized, self-directed, self motivated, and a strong team player.

Must be able to perform light-to-medium lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and push wheeled carts and/or dollies. Requires a large amount of time spent standing and walking
