Service Coordinator Trainee - Cleveland, OH
Want to build a career in the truck service industry without starting as a technician?
We are looking for a sharp, organized, mechanically curious Service Coordinator Trainee to join a growing specialty and municipal truck dealership in Cleveland. You'll train directly alongside an experienced Service Coordinator and learn how to keep a busy service department running smoothly.
You'll gain hands-on experience with technician dispatch, repair scheduling, customer communication, work orders, parts coordination, field service, and dealership ERP systems while learning the ins and outs of municipal truck repair.

Previous experience in a truck or automotive dealership, service department, dispatch, fleet maintenance, parts, or repair environment is helpful, but not required.
