This role can be filled from the client site in one of the following locations;
Pittsburgh PA, Atlanta GA, Cleveland OH, Dallas TX, Birmingham AL, or Phoenix AZ.We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, cross functional talent initiatives for our client. This role will be responsible for bringing structure, governance, and execution discipline to initiatives that span multiple teams, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and programs progress from strategy through successful implementation.

The Program Manager will partner closely with client business leaders, Technical Resource Groups (TRGs), Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other functional teams. This individual will establish program plans and operating rhythms, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate executive level decision making, and provide clear visibility into progress and outcomes. The ideal candidate is an accomplished program manager who can navigate a complex, matrixed environment and drive execution across teams without relying on direct authority.

• Lead complex, cross functional programs supporting strategic talent initiatives from planning through execution
• Establish program governance, workstream structures, milestones, deliverables, ownership, dependencies, and escalation paths
• Coordinate execution across business leaders, Technical Resource Groups (TRGs), Resource Management, Talent Planning & Acquisition, Finance, and other stakeholder teams
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans that connect multiple work streams and provide clear visibility into priorities, progress, dependencies, and risks
• Establish effective operating rhythms, including leadership reviews, working sessions, status reporting, decision forums, and executive updates
• Identify cross functional risks, issues, and execution bottlenecks and drive stakeholders toward timely resolution
• Translate data, business requirements, and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations, decisions, and program priorities
• Drive initiatives related to talent deployment, skills management, internal mobility, talent pipelines, resource forecasting and other strategic talent priorities
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, executive presentations, and reporting that provide leadership with actionable insights into program performance and outcomes
• Influence senior stakeholders and create accountability across work streams to ensure commitments, milestones, and intended outcomes are achieved.

What you'll bring
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, talent strategy, resource management, Talent Planning & Acquisition operations, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, enterprise level programs with multiple interconnected work streams from strategy through execution
• Proven ability to coordinate and drive results across cross functional teams in a highly matrixed organization
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders, including VP and Director level leaders
• Strong program governance capabilities, including planning, dependency management, risk management, issue resolution, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear business recommendations and actions
• Experience developing and managing program dashboards, metrics, reporting, and executive level presentations
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using data and reporting tools to support program decision making strongly Preferred
