Position Overview

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience. This Product Manager Senior role is within PNC's Treasury Management organization and may be based in Pittsburgh, PA;
Cleveland, OH;
Chicago, IL;
Phoenix, AZ; or Dallas, TX.

Job Profile

As a senior product manager, you will influence change across multiple Treasury Management product lines, support strategic priorities, and drive coordinated business outcomes. You will design, develop, and promote products or experiences that deliver differentiated customer value through technology, operations, and data analytics.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance sector, preferably within a product management discipline.
  • Minimum of five years of experience working within the P&C insurance sector.
  • Background in emerging technologies, product strategy, business case development, and rollout management.
  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills, including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and internal service partners.
  • Risk‑management, compliance, and audit awareness as part of the first line of defense.
Job Responsibilities
  • Influence change and coordinate business outcomes across multiple product lines.
  • Drive business and financial results through the selection, design, development, and promotion of new and existing products.
  • Prioritize product recommendations, develop business cases, plans, and roll‑out strategies.
  • Monitor the marketplace to assess product, technology, and market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend enhancements or new products.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and participate in client‑facing activities to align product offerings with strategic goals.
  • Drive business, financial, and customer experience results and recommend modifications in product features or marketing to improve outcomes.
  • Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $91,000 – $202,800 (varies by location, market data, and individual qualifications).
