Help
- Serves as an analyst and advisor to the EBS Portfolio Manager, on the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs and operations ERP set of applications on the SAP Platform
- Executes projects of special interest to the PEO and the Director, DLA Information Operations and manages special programs on internal organizational issues focusing on continuously improving and monitoring the complex management programs assigned.
- Serves as a Project Manager, researcher, and expert advisor on special studies crossing PEO functional areas, or across a single PEO portfolio, which are highly sensitive in nature and immediacy.
- Recommends new methods and procedures to enhance the efficiency of operations within the PEO, plans and schedules projects, organizes materials, analyzes and coordinates as appropriate.
- Develops final reports and recommendations on a variety of management issues involving a variety functional business community.
- Tracks and reconciles portfolio financials, monitoring allocation, commitment, and obligation data across PEO programs to ensure adequate funding for operational and development initiatives.
- Serves as a liaison for portfolio contract actions, tracking acquisition milestones, deliverable deadlines, contract periods of performance, and inter-organizational support agreements to prevent gaps in service.

To qualify for a Management Analyst, your resume must support:
- Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes but is not limited to: - Keeps management abreast of program operations, identifying shortcomings/deficiencies, and recommending necessary corrective action.
- Evaluates program management-related metrics and conducts trend analyses.
- Analyzes pertinent management data and develops statistical and narrative data to justify any changes and recommendations.
- Establishes standard operating procedures and ensures that office personnel trained on all internal management and organizational procedures, policies, and guidelines.
