Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting business growth? As an Agency Appointment Specialist
, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our agency partners by ensuring accurate onboarding, compliance, and agency administration. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, contribute to important operational initiatives, and make a direct impact on the success of our distribution network.

Note, this role is on a hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 remote day each week out of either our Cleveland, OH or Southington, CT office

What You'll Do
  • Manage the onboarding, appointment, and maintenance of agency partners.
  • Review agency applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support compliance efforts by reviewing state laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain agency records, including commission updates, authority changes, product access, and organizational updates.
  • Utilize agency management systems and web-based tools to support daily operations.
  • Coordinate information required for state appointments and regulatory filings.
  • Partner with internal teams on research projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company guidelines, authority levels, and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, as well as Adobe and SharePoint.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The expected salary range for this role is $17/hr-$24.00/hr
