We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Office Manager to lead our financial and administrative operations. If you’re organized, professional, and passionate about supporting quality care through efficient systems, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Duties:
Oversee all business office functions and staff
Maintain accurate admission and financial records
Manage billing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies
Maintain confidentiality and support resident financial arrangements
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Experience in skilled nursing facility business office management preferred
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficient in handling confidential financial information
Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented
