Senior Construction Manager

No Per Diem Offerred

• Extensive project management experience – minimum 10y with management of projects >$100MM
• Preference given to individuals familiar with projects involving architectural design and work, R&D or lab construction, office construction
• Examples could include biochemistry, healthcare, pharmaceutical, chemical, and academic lab settings
• Will serve as the main liaison between construction contractor, architect/engineering designer, and owner
• Strong project management, scheduling, and project controls skills required
• Strong preference for Cleveland area local
• Requirement to be onsite for most of construction barring extenuating circumstances
• Willingness to participate actively with construction and project teams – highly integrated approach is expected

• Extensive renovations, rebuilds, and expansions to headquarters and campus
• Will span multiple buildings including existing and new office spaces and R&D labs

• PTO – 108 hrs/year to be accrued weekly;
  Can be used, rolled over, or paid out
• 401(k) – 100% match up to 3% of contributions and 50% match of 4-5% contributions
