Construction Manager

Job Description

Actalent has a role that is a true hybrid role that will allow someone do Construction Project Management and Superintendent duties.

• Bid, negotiate, and assign subcontracts.
• Collaborate with the project coordinator on procurement.
• Manage job site progress with subcontractors and inspectors.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Oversee JTL workforce management.
• Conduct punch out and project closeout processes.

• 3+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience
• Any prior construction experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cleveland,OH.
