Elford is continuing to grow our Healthcare portfolio in the Cleveland market, and we’re looking for a Superintendent who takes pride in leading well-run jobsites and delivering high-quality work.
What You'll Do- Lead daily field operations on healthcare projects
- Coordinate Elford crews and trade partners
- Drive schedule and maintain production within budgeted hours
- Enforce safety and healthcare compliance standards
- Review plans before work begins and ensure the project is built to spec
- Manage sequencing, inspections, and documentation
- Partner closely with the Project Manager on scope, schedule, and cost alignment
- Lead job meetings and maintain clear communication on site
Most projects are based in the Cleveland area.
What You Bring- 10+ years of construction experience with Superintendent leadership
- Healthcare experience in active or regulated environments preferred
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and field coordination
- Ability to manage labor and sequencing effectively
- Professional communication with owners, inspectors, and trade partners
- Organized, steady leadership on site
