Superintendents - if you have led large-scale tilt-wall and precast projects over 100,000+ square feet, this is worth a serious conversation.

I am representing a highly reputable commercial general contractor with an impressive portfolio of industrial, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and data center projects. This is a general contractor known for excellence, strong leadership, and a steady pipeline of nationwide work.

They are looking for a Superintendent who knows how to run large ground-up projects with confidence - someone who takes ownership of safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractor performance from start to finish.

This is not a maintenance role. This is boots-on-the-ground leadership on substantial commercial builds.
