Construction Inspector – Waterline, Sewer and Tunneling

The Construction Inspector – Waterline, Sewer and Tunneling is responsible for ensuring quality, safety and compliance on critical infrastructure projects.

• Inspect and monitor waterline installation, repair and replacement projects for compliance with plans, specifications and safety standards.
• Oversee pavement restoration activities ensuring proper materials, compaction and finish quality.
• Document daily progress, prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to the supervisor.

• Proven experience in waterline and sewer construction as well as underground tunneling experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety protocol.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record (required).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of construction related experience.
• ACI Certification.
