The successful candidate will manage the daily operations and coordination of project preconstruction phases to meet cost objectives for contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding. This role requires over 8 years of experience in a Preconstruction capacity, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Certifications such as LEED AP and OSHA 30 hour are preferred.
