Responsibilities
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Manage project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and documentation
- Prepare and track change orders and cost analyses
- Attend project meetings and maintain client communication
- Coordinate with Field Superintendents, CAD staff, and project teams
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and safety compliance
- Maintain organized project records and ensure successful project delivery
- Plumbing and/or mechanical construction experience required
- Commercial plumbing experience preferred (schools, hospitals, hotels, industrial facilities, etc.)
- Strong understanding of project management from preconstruction through closeout
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and plumbing codes preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and Plan Grid
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or related field is a plus
