Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination and documentation
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, project logs, and closeout documents
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements to identify missing information or conflicts
• Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement tracking, scheduling updates, and field communication
• Support cost tracking, pay applications, change order documentation, and project forecasting
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward
• Assist with quality control, safety documentation, punch lists, and project closeout

• 1+ years of construction experience through project engineering, field coordination, internships, or related project support
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, mixed‑use, senior living, hospitality, or related building projects preferred
• Understanding of construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and project documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, details, and multiple project priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
