We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and closeout
• Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Review scopes of work, subcontractor agreements, drawings, specifications, and project requirements before construction begins
• Identify potential project risks, cost impacts, schedule conflicts, and out‑of‑scope work early in the process
• Track project financials, forecast costs, review pay applications, and provide regular updates to leadership
• Partner with field teams to maintain quality, safety, productivity, and strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

• Previous project management experience within commercial construction
• Experience managing multifamily, mixed‑use, senior living, commercial, hospitality, or related building projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, field teams, and internal leadership
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
