We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, assisting with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and overall project execution.

• Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout
• Support communication with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, project logs, and key documentation
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and subcontractor requirements to support project execution
• Assist with cost tracking, pay applications, project forecasting, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with field teams to help maintain quality, safety, productivity, and schedule performance
• Identify potential project issues, missing information, scope gaps, and schedule conflicts early in the process

• 1+ years of construction experience through project engineering, assistant project management, field coordination, or internships
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, mixed‑use, senior living, hospitality, or related building projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and closeout processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal leadership
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
