Up to $125K I'm working with a highly respected Ohio commercial general contractor that's continuing to grow and looking to add a Commercial Estimator to its Cleveland team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a few years of estimating experience who wants to work on a diverse portfolio of projects while continuing to grow their career within a stable, family-oriented company.

• 3-7+ years of commercial estimating experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience preparing conceptual budgets, hard bids, and negotiated estimates.
• Ability to review drawings, perform quantity takeoffs, and solicit subcontractor pricing.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
• Experience with estimating software (Bluebeam, OST, Sage Estimating, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and clients.
